Event Recap: BPC Shares Expertise and Strengthens Partnerships at PPAI Expo 2024

Event Recap: BPC's Impactful Presence at PPAI Expo 2024

Building upon the resounding success of last year’s event, Bryant Park Consulting (BPC) joined more than 1,000 companies on the trade floor for PPAI Expo 2024 in January. BPC is a business services member of Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) — the world’s largest not-for-profit promotional products trade association supporting the growth and innovation of over 15,000 global member companies — and we were delighted to once again collaborate with our valued partners and customers at this year’s event.

PPAI Expo 2024 promised to be bigger and better for its 21st year at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, and it didn’t disappoint. From January 15-18, the longest-running trade show in the industry brought together professionals to collaborate and learn about the latest products, technologies, and trends, providing attendees with access to expert workshops and valuable networking opportunities.

Elevated Engagement: NetSuite User Group

At the NetSuite Promo User Group session, which consisted of four separate hour-long sessions, BPC kicked things off with an “Ask Me Anything” session led by COO Cassius Kellogg, Practice Manager, Sara Carrero, and Consultant, Erin Marcus, preceded by introductions and updates from the business. With over 70 attendees from suppliers and distributors, it was a highly engaging and productive session focused on understanding their challenges within NetSuite and broader operations, with the BPC team offering immediate solutions and advice for various use cases.

We also participated in an interesting panel discussion alongside our industry partners: NetSuite, eXtendTech, Avalara, and Celigo, moderated by NetSuite’s Bryan Bendo. The panel conversations allowed PPAI members to see the different pieces of the puzzle we all make up to offer the industry a strong, comprehensive solution.

Forging Future Tech Excellence

The PPAI Expo 2024 was more than an event; it was a milestone for BPC in illustrating our commitment to the promotional products industry and strengthening our relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. What started last year as a new partnership has bloomed, and we’ve had the opportunity to develop robust relationships in the PPAI ecosystem to understand members' challenges better. As a result, BPC now has more than 20 customers within the industry who are members — double from last year.

We are grateful to the PPAI leadership team, particularly Dale Denham, President and CEO of PPAI, Nick DiNicola, and Kari Banner, for their unwavering support. In addition, this partnership would not be possible without the incredible NetSuite Association & Buying Groups team, led by Director Kate Daniels.

With the launch of our Center of Excellence (CoE) under the leadership of Erin Marcus, BPC is prepared to deliver even more tailored and specialized technology solutions to the promotional products industry. Erin's deep understanding of the sector enables us to address the unique challenges faced by our clients, further enhancing our ability to serve them effectively.

Reflecting on the success of the PPAI Expo 2024, we are inspired by the opportunities to continue supporting and growing alongside the promotional products community.
