June 2026 — Bryant Park Consulting, a global digital transformation firm specializing in NetSuite ERP implementations, Change Management, and managed services, today announced it has successfully achieved System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II certification in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
The certification was issued following an independent examination conducted by Sensiba LLP, a top-75 U.S. accounting and business consulting firm. The audit assessed Bryant Park Consulting's controls over the security of its systems over a defined audit period, confirming that those controls were not only designed appropriately but operated effectively throughout.
What SOC 2 Type II means
SOC 2 Type II is widely recognized as the gold standard for service organizations handling sensitive client data. Unlike a Type I report, which evaluates controls at a single point in time, a Type II examination requires an independent auditor to assess the operating effectiveness of an organization's controls over an extended period.
For Bryant Park Consulting, the examination covered a three-month period, providing independent confirmation that our controls were operating effectively throughout the audit period. The audit assessed controls across security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
