Carl graduated from Montclair State University in New Jersey with a bachelor's degree in business and a minor in accounting. He pursued further academic qualifications and obtained a Master's degree in Business and Information Systems. Outside of work, Carl is a husband, father of one daughter, and a grandfather. He is an avid martial artist and a part-time podcast host.
