Alec Epstein is the Founder & CEO of Bryant Park Consulting and Chairman & CEO of The Park Group. He is an entrepreneur, operator, and professional services leader focused on building organizations that combine technology, strong culture, and exceptional execution to help companies navigate complex transformation. Alec founded Bryant Park Consulting in 2021 and led the firm through a period of rapid growth into a global consulting organization serving mid-market and enterprise companies across industries. Today, he focuses on the broader strategy, growth, and long-term development of the firm and steward of its unique culture, leadership philosophy, and customer experience. Before founding Bryant Park Consulting, Alec led the rapid growth of another boutique technology consultancy to a leader in the NetSuite ecosystem. He began his career at Oracle NetSuite as an ERP implementation consultant responsible for end-to-end deployments including system architecture and business process transformation. Those early experiences shaped a career-long belief that meaningful transformation requires disciplined execution, strong relationships, and an understanding of how businesses and people work. Alec’s leadership philosophy centers on creating environments where talented people can do their best work. He believes high-performing organizations are built through a combination of trust, ownership, collaboration, precision, adaptability, continuous learning, and a willingness to have difficult conversations early. He places particular emphasis on giving people meaningful responsibility, surrounding them with strong teammates, and investing deeply in the systems, leaders, and culture that drive growth. He believes that high standards and a people-first culture are complementary rather than competing ideas, and that people are often at their best when they are trusted, challenged, and surrounded by others who care deeply about the quality of the work. As Bryant Park Consulting has grown, Alec has remained focused on preserving the entrepreneurial qualities that helped build the firm in the first place: responsiveness, curiosity, resilience, a willingness to take on difficult problems, and a bias toward action. He encourages teams to think beyond narrow job descriptions, continuously develop new capabilities, and approach customers as trusted partners rather than just service providers. Alec is also the co-founder and CEO of Transform, an AI-native platform designed to help organizations give AI agents the trusted context, knowledge, governance, and structure required to execute complex work. His work with Transform reflects his broader focus on how artificial intelligence will reshape professional services, enterprise software, and the way organizations operate. He believes that AI won't just automate existing processes, but will lead to a fundamentally reimagined way of working. Alec earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. His education, combined with an early career spent working directly with operating businesses, helped shape his interest in the intersection of technology, organizational design, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Alec enjoys traveling internationally, exploring unique restaurants and cuisines, drinking cold brew coffee, kayaking Florida's waterways, and cycling around his beach town in North Florida. He shares his life with his fiancée and partner of 18 years, Anna, and their three cats: Jack, Liz, and Cow.
