With over 10 years of experience in IT consulting, Guillaume is a seasoned ERP implementation specialist with a strong background in project and people management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, and has extensive experience in leading ERP projects for companies across various industries. In his previous roles, Guillaume successfully built and managed multiple cross-functional teams, and oversaw project portfolios of up to $10M. Guillaume's strengths lie in his ability to manage complex implementations, mentor teams, and drive organizational growth through strategic initiatives. Outside of work, Guillaume is a globetrotter, a musician, and a fitness and Muay Thaï enthusiast.
