Hieu graduated from Concordia University with a Master's degree in Quality Systems Engineering. With a passion for technology consulting, Hieu started his career in the SuiteCloud team, developing NetSuite optimizations and enhancements. He has worked primarily with Software, Retail and Service. Outside of work, Hieu enjoys playing badminton and immersing himself in nature.
