Rafat is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I) with 10 years of combined experience working in ERP, Corporate Banking and Digital Marketing. He has a master's degree in economic development and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a dual major in Finance & Accounting and Marketing. Rafat has worked with clients across a diverse industry including Google, PayPal, Worldpay, TD Bank, CIBC to name a few and managed projects ranging from $50,000 to over $1,000,000. Over the years, Rafat has been playing an active role in digital transformation for the companies he has worked with. When Rafat is not managing projects, he likes to collect and play board games, read books, watch documentaries, or travel around the world.
