Ray leads a project delivery team and guides clients throughout their system implementation project. By actively listening to the customer, he helps the client translate their business processes into a comprehensive functional design that is the foundation of a successful implementation. Ray has been implementing ERP solutions since 2005, and NetSuite specifically since 2013. Ray's goal is to provide clients the expertise and support to fully maximize their investment in NetSuite.
