About Yolanda:
Yolanda graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Biology and a certification in Secondary Education. She began her career teaching high school biology but soon developed an interest in curriculum design. Her graduate studies in Curriculum and Instruction paved the way for the role as a curriculum lead. Her commitment to learning and development eventually led her to pivot into corporate training initiatives. Yolanda leverages her science background to bring a research-driven, analytical approach to every project. Combined with her expertise in instructional design and learning principles, she creates effective learning programs that drive results and support organizational training goals.

Outside of work, Yolanda prioritizes family and cherishes every chance to travel together and create lasting memories. As the daughter of military parents, she had the unique opportunity to live in Italy—a place that left a lasting impression and one she’s determined to return to someday.
