Service overview
Get NetSuite working the way your business runs
The best NetSuite accounts get better every year. The close gets faster, and the hours teams used to spend re-keying data go into analysis. That takes processes redesigned before they're configured, clean data on day one, and a partner who keeps improving the system long after go-live.
BPC is an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner with 225+ NetSuite implementations and 175+ NetSuite consultants. We implement NetSuite, optimize live accounts, and support them after launch through our Foundry methodology. We also work across the platforms around it, connecting NetSuite through NetSuite Integration Platform (NSIP) and Celigo, adding reporting with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, planning with Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, and putting applied AI to work to drive value with Agents that help people.
Every engagement starts with your process owners and tests everything before it reaches production. After go-live, Foundry keeps the value growing: we rank your backlog by business impact and deliver improvements in sprints, so the system moves with the business. We've run projects for single companies and for private equity rollups consolidating 5 ERPs into 1.
Our NetSuite engagements
Three ways we work on NetSuite
Start with the engagement that matches where you are today. Buying NetSuite for the first time is an implementation. A live account with more to give is an optimization. When you want NetSuite to keep delivering new value year after year, that's ongoing support through Foundry.
01
Implementations
Full NetSuite deployments run through our 6-stage methodology, from planning and process redesign to data migration, testing, training, and cutover. Scope covers financials, multi-book and intercompany accounting, SuiteTax, revenue management, WMS, manufacturing, field service, CPQ, and planning and budgeting. We connect NetSuite to systems like Salesforce, Workday, and ADP through NSIP or Celigo, and can bring NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and Applied AI into scope from the start.
02
Optimizations
For live accounts with more to give. Plenty of NetSuite accounts have modules, automation, and reporting nobody has switched on yet. We survey users by department, rank a backlog by business value, and deliver the changes that save the most time: forms, reports, dashboards, PDF templates, scripts, workflows, integrations, and data cleanup. Applied AI and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse take it further, automating manual steps and putting live numbers in front of the people who make decisions.
03
Post Go-Live Support
After launch, Foundry keeps NetSuite running and keeps it improving. Day-to-day support is built in: a named point of contact for user requests and fixes, roles and permissions, integration monitoring, twice-yearly release reviews, sandbox refreshes, audit preparation, and coordination with NetSuite Support and vendors like Avalara and Celigo. The bigger payoff is business impact. We work with your leadership on priorities for the next 6 to 24 months, turn them into a ranked backlog, and deliver in sprints. You pay for outcomes instead of hours, and the backlog shifts when the business does. Foundry spans NetSuite, NSIP and Celigo integrations, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, change management, and Applied AI, with one accountable team across all of it. It also works alongside Oracle's Advanced Customer Support: ACS keeps the product healthy, and Foundry keeps your business outcomes moving.

How we work
A 6-stage method, sized to the engagement
Implementations use every stage. Optimization and Foundry work pick up the stages they need and run them in shorter cycles.
01
Plan
We confirm scope, team, timeline, and governance, then build a plan with clear milestones and dependencies. Your project team is onboarded to our tools, partners and ISVs are brought in early, and the change management and data strategies start here. Kickoff aligns everyone on scope, roles, and how decisions get made.
02
Design
Workshops run by business processes, with your process owners in the room. We map current and future state, document each requirement with acceptance criteria, and trace it to its NetSuite solution and its test cases. Standard NetSuite comes first, any customization is designed and reviewed before it's built, and a sample data load proves the mappings while they're still cheap to change. Design ends with your sign-off on what gets built.
03
Build
We configure NetSuite, build scripts, workflows, and integrations, and load master data in repeated passes until it's right. Your process owners tune the system in configuration workshops and drive conference room pilots while the design can still change. Everything is unit tested, then checked end to end by consultants who didn't build it, before your users see it. The cutover runbook is drafted here too.
04
Verify
Integrations are tested end to end at realistic volumes. Your users run acceptance testing in 2-4 week rounds, every result is recorded, and every failed test is fixed and retested by the person who found it. We rehearse cutover with full data volumes, you validate the converted data, and go-live is a joint decision made against written criteria.
05
Deploy
End users are trained by role and by process, using the procedures and step-by-step guides built during Verify. Then we run the rehearsed cutover runbook and move daily operations onto NetSuite, with our team on hand from the first transaction.
06
Transition
Hypercare is front-loaded, with the most support in the first weeks after cutover, tapering as the system settles. We stay with you through your first month-end close, then hand documentation and admin knowledge to your team and to Foundry, which keeps the system improving from there.
